Application Procedure
As this is an online learning environment, so we are dealing with all of the challenges of a globalised business environment. New students will have to follow a simple, but fairly precise procedure to enrol on the course.
- The first step in the procedure is to contact a local Agent Representative of LCB. Click here for a list of Agent Representatives. Students should not pay any fees to any agent unless authorised by LCB. Please email admissions@lcbglobal.org for further information.
- If no Agent Representative exists in your country, then you can still apply to study. You should first contact LCB by emailing admissions@lcbglobal.org to register your interest. We will then inform you:
- That you will need to have you documents checked for genuineness at the nearest British Council building. Any cost incurred for this service will be met by yourself. Each document should be copied and stamped by the British Council to show that it is a genuine document. Specifically:
- a copy of your photo ID will have a stamp from the British Council stating that it is genuine and a true likeness of yourself.
- copies of your degree certificate and transcript of results will have a stamp from the British Council stating that these are genuine documents belonging to you.
- You will be told where to download an application form. You will be expected to print, complete and sign the form, then scan it and email it to us.
- You will be told of your college ID and the bank account details to make your first payment. You must use your college ID as the payment reference.
- We will arrange a video conference online interview. You will be expected to have access to a computer with an internet connection, headphones, microphone and web-cam. Please read the minimum System Requirements.
Without all of the above, we cannot process your application further.
- If you prefer, you can gather a number of prospective local students. When 20 are found, then LCB will send a representative to you to complete the admission procedure. Please email admissions@lcbglobal.org to register your interest.
- Your documents will be checked by the Agent Representative (or LCB staff if you have applied directly) to ensure that you meet the entry criteria. You will complete an application form, which the Agent Representative will email to us.
- Within a few days, you will be told of your college ID and LCB's bank account details and you will be instructed to make your first bank transfer payment.
- You arrange a bank transfer of 50% of the fee, using your college ID as the payment reference. Students are required to have access to a bank account to study. All fees are in UK Pounds Stirling, with no consideration for the exchange rate. The full Pounds Stirling fee must arrive with LCB, with the student bearing the full cost of making the transfer.
- We operate a 30 days failsafe on payments. If no documents arrive 7 days after bank transfer has been received by LCB, then you will be contacted via the email address given in the application form. If no documents arrive after 30 days, then a full refund will be made to the bank account that initiated the transfer, less £150 administration fee and any bank charges incurred.
- If for any reason a registration cannot be completed due to no fault of the student, then a full refund will be made to the bank account that initiated the transfer with no administration fee deducted.
- All transactions will be in UK Pounds Sterling, with no consideration nor compensation for fluctuating exchange rates.
- Any disputes will be settled according to English law.
- The LCB MBA degree is validated by the University of Wales, who can be contacted at www.wales.ac.uk/validation about any concerns related to LCB's activities.
- Take your bank transfer receipt to the Agent Representative.
- Your documents will be scanned by the Agent Representative (or yourself if you have applied directly) then sent to LCB along with your bank transfer receipt. Your college ID is the payment reference.
